Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

This homeowner wanted to replace their shingle roof and the sunroom's flat roof. The first step was to rip up the old shingles and take a good look at the decking layer below. After inspection, we determined that the plywood needed to be replaced. Once that was done we laid down the Ice and Water and an underlayment. These layers help further seal the roof from the elements. Lastly, we install the shingles and this customer chose our Owens Cornings Gray Shingles. With this beautiful brand-new roof, this homeowner can be certain that they will be safe and dry for many years to come.

Our team took care of this rotting roof in Salisbury, CT in just one day. When we arrived on scene we got straight to work by ripping up the existing shingles in order to get a better look at the decking layer. Once the shingles were up and we could inspect the decking layer we decided that it needed to be replaced fully due to rot and mold growth. After we replaced the decking layer we moved on to installing the underlayment and Ice and Water. These layers help improve the integrity of the roof as well as add an extra layer of insulation. Lastly, we installed shingles and this customer decided on our IKO Dynasty Granite Black Shingles. With this brand new roof, this homeowner can be certain that they will be safe and dry.
