The Brown Roofing team replaced the roof of this beautiful home in Danbury, Connecticut. Due to the size of this roof, and the number of roofing sections, this job was no easy feat. However, it is nothing our crew can't handle. The team expertly executed this job, and the result is amazing. This customer chose the color Granite Black for their new IKO Dynasty shingles.

This old and leaking roof in Newtown, Connecticut was replaced by the Brown Roofing team. The old shingles had developed some moss growth, and were outdated. The shingles were removed and replaced with new IKO Dynasty shingles in the color Biscayne. Our crew also installed a new ridge vent onto this roof. This new vent will prevent condensation in the attic, which could lead to mold, and other types of water damage. 

Our team completely replaced this home's roof in Lakeville, CT. We removed the old damaged shingles and installed new GAF lifetime shingles. The homeowners now have a roof that looks great and will keep their home protected for years to come!

For this house, we did not need to do a full roof replacement because the decking layer was in good condition. The only thing on this house that needed to be replaced was the underlayment, Ice and Water, and the shingles. Due to not having to replace the decking layer we were able to save the customer money and time. As you can see in the photos it was already turning night and this customer wanted the job fully completed in one day, so we stayed later than usual to get the job done and made sure to meet their expectations to the fullest.

Our team replaced this rotting roof in Weston, CT. The first step to this roof replacement was ripping up the old shingles and taking a closer look at the decking layer. The decking layer on this house was rotting in a few locations and needed to be replaced. We ripped up the old sheets of plywood and replaced them with brand-new sheets. Next, we laid down an underlayment and Ice and Water. These two layers act as extra insulation and protection for the roof. Finally, we installed the shingles and this customer decided on our IKO Dynasty Granite Brown Stone Shingles, which transformed the home.
