Our team replaced this rotting roof in Weston, CT. The first step to this roof replacement was ripping up the old shingles and taking a closer look at the decking layer. The decking layer on this house was rotting in a few locations and needed to be replaced. We ripped up the old sheets of plywood and replaced them with brand-new sheets. Next, we laid down an underlayment and Ice and Water. These two layers act as extra insulation and protection for the roof. Finally, we installed the shingles and this customer decided on our IKO Dynasty Granite Brown Stone Shingles, which transformed the home.
