This old and leaking roof in Newtown, Connecticut was replaced by the Brown Roofing team. The old shingles had developed some moss growth, and were outdated. The shingles were removed and replaced with new IKO Dynasty shingles in the color Biscayne. Our crew also installed a new ridge vent onto this roof. This new vent will prevent condensation in the attic, which could lead to mold, and other types of water damage. 

After this customer in Newtown found a leak in their chimney, they called in the Brown Roofing team for help. Our crew re-built this chimney, and poured a new chimney crown. The original crown was worn and cracked, and the mortar had been weakened overtime. Thanks to the hard work of our team, this home is better protected, and this chimney looks and preforms great!

The Brown Roofing team installed a new Gutter Shutter System for this customer in Newtown. This incredible new system is much more durable and efficient than it's predecessor, pictured in our before photo. This new gutter system is the strongest gutter system in the world, and is guaranteed to never sag, clog or pull away. Surely these qualities will give this homeowner some peace of mind, even in bad weather. 

Our team completely replaced this home's roof in Lakeville, CT. We removed the old damaged shingles and installed new GAF lifetime shingles. The homeowners now have a roof that looks great and will keep their home protected for years to come!

For this house, we did not need to do a full roof replacement because the decking layer was in good condition. The only thing on this house that needed to be replaced was the underlayment, Ice and Water, and the shingles. Due to not having to replace the decking layer we were able to save the customer money and time. As you can see in the photos it was already turning night and this customer wanted the job fully completed in one day, so we stayed later than usual to get the job done and made sure to meet their expectations to the fullest.
