This roof transformation is truly remarkable. In our before photo, it is clear to see that the existing roof on this garage needed to be replaced. The algae, moss, and deteriorated shingles on this roof all needed to go. The Brown Roofing team scrapped off the old shingles, and replaced damaged wood decking on this customer's home and garage. Brand new IKO Dynasty Shingles in the color Granite Black were used to complete this new roof. This home and garage look so much better, thanks to the hard work of the Brown Roofing Crew!
The Brown Roofing team transformed this home with a roof replacement. The old flat roofing on this home was worn out. Our crew removed all of the old roofing before installing new EDMP sheets onto the roof. EDMP is a highly durable synthetic rubber membrane. This material was the right choice for this roof due to its low slope. Because water will not suddenly fall off a flat roof, like it does on a sloped roof, a shingled flat roof would quickly become ruined by water and leave the roof vulnerable. This new roof will help protect this home from potentially dangerous water damages.
