Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

While preforming a roof replacement for this customer, the Brown Roofing team installed a ridge vent. The new ridge vent was topped with new IKO Dynasty ridge caps in the color Granite Black. These new ridge caps look great, and the new ridge vent will help prevent water damage and mold for this homeowner. 

The roof on this home in Ansonia, Connecticut had stained shingles, and some moss growth. The Brown Roofing team took care of these problems, with a roof replacement. Our crew installed new IKO Dynasty shingles in the color Summit Gray. The beautiful result changes the atmosphere of this home, and will keep it well protected for many years to come!

The customer chose the shingle color Brownstone, which complements this home's reddish-brown trim perfectly. Our crew also installed a flat roofing section in the color Chestnut. 

The beauty of this church in Ansonia was damped by an old and damaged roof. Our before photo is the perfect example of how an unattractive roof diminishes the beauty of a building.
