Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

This Litchfield home was long overdue for a roof replacement. The homeowners previously had a roof replacement but the job was not done right. Knowing this our crew took extra steps along the way to make sure everything would be perfect. We installed GAF Lifetime shingles with a 30-year warranty so these homeowners won't have to worry about their roof for several decades!

The Brown Roofing team installed flat and shingle roofing on this home in Litchfield. Although this roof did originally have both shingle and flat roofing, our crew replaced some shingled areas with flat roofing instead. This change can be seen in the above photos. A shingled flat roof is not ideal, because water takes a longer time to move off of a flat roof than it does on a sloped roof. For this reason, the shingles can become damaged over time. This is why our crew installed Polyglass Elastoflex flat roofing to this area of the roof in place of the original shingles. As for the sloped sections of this roof, this customer chose the color Shadow Brown for their new IKO Dynasty shingles.

We replaced the roof on this Woodbury home in just one day. We also took the extra time to make sure the landscape was protected. The after photo was taken the day the work was completed, and there is no trash on the lawn and all the landscaping remained perfectly in tact.
