After finding soft spots on their roof, this customer chose Brown Roofing for a roof replacement. The crew removed old shingles, which had stains and lichen growth. Brand new IKO Dynasty shingles in the color Granite Black were installed. The result is very flattering, and allows this home to reach it's full aesthetic potential.

This roof in Groton needed to be replaced due to age and lichen growth. The before photo shows our crew already at work removing the shingles from the right side of the roof. The left side of the roof displays old shingles that are faded in color, and have a significant amount of lichen growth. Once all of the old shingles were removed, our crew replaced any damaged wood decking with new plywood. Brand new shingles were installed, and a new ridge vent was added to the ridge of the roof. This new vent will help ventilate the attic of this home.
