Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

For this job, our team did a full roof replacement for this homeowner. This includes ripping up the old shingles and decking layer and making sure there is no rot inside the attic. We then replaced the decking layer and laid down an underlayment along with Ice and Water and these layers act as extra insulation and protection for the roof. Finally, we install the shingles and this customer chose our GAF Charcoal Shingles. These shingles in combination with the siding completely transformed this home.

Initially reported as a roof leak our inspection uncovered extensive wood rot in the decking underneath the shingles. The homeowner chose to replace the entire roof with IKO Dynasty  shingles in Castle Grey.

For this house, our team did a full roof replacement. After inspecting the roof we determined that they had an extreme amount of damage all over. Although there was a lot of damage it was mostly smaller issues equating to a large one. This roof suffered from broken and leaking shingles, along with algae growth and mold. The broken shingles caused water to leak through the roof and into the attic. This rotting wood tends to attract bugs like termites. We removed the old shingles and decking layer. Next, we laid down the new decking layer along with Ice and Water, and underlayment to seal the roof. Finally, we installed new IKO Dynasty Granite Black Shingles and now this customer can be confident that their new roof will keep them dry and safe no matter what the future hold.

The existing shingles on this old roof were faded and outdated. The way that these old shingles were installed leaves gaps between each shingle. This can allow water to seep in through the cracks. When the Brown Roofing team removed these shingles, and replaced them with IKO Dynasty shingles, the quality and appearance of this roof were immediately increased. When our crew installed these shingles, they started from the bottom and worked to the top. The layers of shingles were overlapped, this causes water to glide off of the shingles, instead of slipping through the cracks. This customer chose the shingle color Brownstone.
