Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

At Brown Roofing, we recently had the opportunity to work on a roofing project for Gerard’s home in Ridgefield, CT. Our salesman, Austin, guided Gerard through the selection process, helping him choose the IKO Dynasty shingles in the striking Cornerstone color. Our Brown Roofing team installed a new roof and gutters on this homeowner's building. Shingles that were worn and covered with moss were removed by our team, and replaced with premium-quality IKO Dynasty shingles.

For this job our team was replacing this flat roof on this beautiful home in Ridgefield, CT. This home's entryway was absolutely stunning except for the roof, so we fixed that. Flat roofs are installed differently than conventional shingle roofing, but like always we start with demo! Once the old roof was up we replaced the rotting decking layer. Next, we laid down ISO board which acts as an insulator and it also helps seal the roof. Next is the EPDM Rubber this is the outside top layer and this seals the entire area making it water-tight. Although a small job, it provided the customer with reassurance, knowing that their entryway was properly sealed and there would be no more leaks into the rest of their home.

The Brown Roofing crew headed to Ridgefield to replace this customer's roof. As seen in the before photo, there was some visible moss and lichen growth on this roof. If ignored, these pests can warp and break the shingles over time. Our team removed the old shingles and damaged plywood from the roof, and installed new plywood and Ice and Water Shield. The customer chose the color Shadow Brown for their new IKO Dynasty shingles.

this garage in Bridgefield had an old and stained roof. Our Brown Roofing crew got to work scraping off all of the old shingles from this roof, and removing any wood decking that had leaks, holes, wood rot, or other damages. New plywood was installed in the place of any removed wood, and it was all protected by underlayment and our Ice and Water Shield. This customer chose the color Glacier for their new IKO Dynasty shingles.
