Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

This home was simple and a pleasure to work on, the shallow pitch and rectangular form decreased the work time drastically. The biggest culprit when it comes to job completion time is all the little intricacies built into the roof. If you had a roof that was 20 squares but it was a simple rectangle roof it would most likely take less time to replace than a roof that was 10 squares and had a lot of skylights, windows, and other intricacies. For this roof, we only had to replace a few sections on the existing decking layer. This brought down costs and saved the customer money. Once the decking layer was done we installed the underlayment and Ice and Water. Next was the shingles, the homeowner decided on our IKO Dynasty Granite Black. These looked amazing on their house and matched perfectly.

For the Jourdan Family, we had to do a complete roof replacement. Everything had to go and it all needed to be replaced. The shingles were severely damaged and some were even folded over, the under layers were moldy and ripped and the decking layer was rotting. Some of the plywood was so bad that it just split apart in our hands. Once all the old layers were off the house we started by installing our own decking layer and then moved on to installing the underlayment, and Ice and Water. Next was the shingles, the Jourdan family decided on the IKO Dynasty Glacier Shingles which matched perfectly with the rest of their home and the transformation was just stunning.

Our crew replaced withered old shingles with new IKO Dynasty shingles in the color of Summit Grey. 

This was a simple roof replacement and decking layer repair job. This customer reached out to us explaining that they were having leaks in their roof. We went out to the customer and did our inspection which lead us to recommend that they replace the roof. We also saw that there was an extreme amount of lichen and algae growing on this roof. Once we got the green light we got straight to work ripping up the old shingles and taking a closer look at the issue at hand. The culprit for these leaks was a section of the roof with damaged shingles and this led to water soaking into the decking layer rotting it. The next step was to replace the rotted wood and inspect it to see if the damage had spread to any other areas. Thankfully that was the extent of the damage so once the wood was replaced we moved on to installing Sealeron Ice and Water along with a synthetic underlayment. Finally, we can install the flashing and shingles and this homeowner decided on our IKO Dynasty Granite Black Shingles. Now that the leak is fixed and a brand new roof is on the house this customer can be happy knowing that they will be safe and dry for many years to come.
