We originally replaced his roof in 2017, so we were more than happy to honor our 50-year warranty and take care of the repair right away. The customer had issues with ice dams and hired another roofing company to install a roof the problem was not remedied. The issue with this roof was that the two bedrooms in the rear of the house did not have much room between the sheet rock and the roof deck for the proper amount of insulation.
