This roof in Trumbull had color fade, algae growing in some parts, and loose shingles. Once we took up the old shingles we noticed only some of the plywood decking layer was damaged and we only had to replace a few sheets. This allowed us to save the customer money. After that we laid down Ice and Water along with underlayment. As we went up the roof we installed flashing around the chimney and vents. By the end of the day we left a happy customer with a new roof.

Our team took care of the whelan's faded and water damaged roof, they also had moss and algae growing on certain spots. The water damage spread to the plywood and wood shake decking layer so they had to be replaced. We also laid down new Ice and Water along with new underlayment to further seal the home from the elements. With all of these issues, it was apparent that this roof needed to be replaced, so that is what we did. Firstly we ripped up all the old shingles and inspected the decking layer below. We already predicted that this was going to be rotted in a few spots so when we saw damages we were not surprised. We took up all the sheets of plywood and laid down brand-new sheets. After this, we moved on to installing Sealeron Ice and Water along with a synthetic underlayment. Finally, we can install the shingles and this homeowner decided on our IKO Dynasty Castle Gray. With this brand new roof, this homeowner can be certain that their home will be dry and watertight for many many years to come.
