After finding a leak in their roof, this customer chose the Brown Roofing team for a roof replacement. Our crew removed the damaged area that was causing the leak, and another damage that the homeowner may not have been aware of. New plywood was installed, and underlayment was applied to the wood decking to protect it from future water damage. Brand new IKO Dynasty shingles were installed, in the color Monaco Red. 

The chimney crown on this chimney in Newtown was almost completely deteriorated! However, this customer was in luck because the Brown Roofing team was ready to help. Our crew first scraped off the old chimney crown. The new crown poured by our team looks fantastic, and will keep the rest of this chimney safe. 

This aged and stained roof had lichen growth, and needed to be replaced. The Brown Roofing team removed this old roof, and installed a new high-quality roof system. All new IKO Dynasty shingles were installed by our crew, in order to create this incredible new roof. The shingle color chosen by this customer is Brownstone. This new roof will provide excellent protection for this home, and keep it safe and dry for many years to come.

The roof on this raised ranch in Newtown was due for an upgrade. Over the years the shingles had become weathered and faded. Project Manager Bill and his crew completed the installation of IKO Dynasty Shingles in the color Brownstone in one day.

Today we went out to this barn in Washington, CT, to repair these broken gutters our team speculates that over the winter ice built up onto the roof, and once it melted slightly it slid down, and due to the lack of ice cleats the ice rammed into the gutters ripping them off the roofs. We installed stronger brackets and a gutter guard on the barn to prevent this from happening again. With their new gutters in place, the roof is draining properly and away from the barn.
