The original siding appeared to be in poor condition. The wooden trim was heavily weathered, with the paint peeling and flaking, exposing the bare wood underneath. The wood showed signs of deterioration, including cracks and rough patches. The new siding gives the home a clean, modern look that improves curb appeal.
This roof in Seymour, CT was originally showing signs of its age. There were white spots scattered across the shingles, indicating lichen, moss, or algae growth. The Brown Roofing team cleared the roof of any debris accumulation and restored the roof's protection and curb appeal.
