The wood showed signs of deterioration, including cracks and rough patches. The new siding gives the home a clean, modern look that improves curb appeal.

This roof in Seymour, CT was originally showing signs of its age. There were white spots scattered across the shingles, indicating lichen, moss, or algae growth. The Brown Roofing team cleared the roof of any debris accumulation and restored the roof's protection and curb appeal.

We replaced this roof with a GAF Lifetime roofing system. These homeowners will never have to worry about a leaky roof again! 

Our crew ripped off the old shingles and added ice and water guard around the edges of the roof. We then replaced the old shingles with new GAF lifetime shingles.
