In the second photo, a heavy-duty flashing provides more protection than before. This chimney re-flashing not only looks sharper and neater than before, but also keeps this chimney safer from leaks and water damage. 

This chimney in Danbury, Connecticut was in need of a re-flashing. The Brown Roofing team got to work and removed the existing flashing, which was stained and old. The new flashing installed by our crew improves this chimney's look, and helps prevent water damage and leaks. 

The Brown Roofing team installed ridge vents for this customer in Danbury, Connecticut. This new vent will allow hot air to escape the attic, preventing condensation and mold. The installation was completed using IKO Dynasty ridge caps in the color Granite Black.
