When the business owner began experiencing leaks, Brown Roofing inspected the flat roof to find the source of the problem and recommend the right solution. The old roof showed signs of wear and water-related vulnerability, so it was replaced with a new EPDM rubber roof system under the guidance of Production Manager Bill and Service Manager Danny. The result is a cleaner, more dependable flat roof designed to provide long-term protection for the building.

We replaced the roof on this Stratford, CT home with Owens Corning duration shingles. This new roof now has a 50 year warranty on parts and labor. 

When we showed up to the Grassi's home there roof had color fade and damages all around from old age. They also had a hole around one of their vents and daylight could be seen from in the attic. They decided on IKO Dynasty Granite Black Shingles which matched their siding and trim, we also fixed the hole around the vent and smaller damages around the chimney.

This homeowner purchased the house a little over a year ago. The home inspector said the roof was fine. We found mold and rot.
