We removed the existing roof and the underlayment wasn't installed properly either, the ice and water shield did not meet code because it was not 3 feet from the inside wall. We installed all the proper underlayment and the shingles along with three new skylights and corrected some trimwork the other contractor had done finished off with a copper chimney .
