Leaking Roof
This old roof was proven to be unreliable when heavy rain caused it to leak. This is why our customer in Trumbull called in the Brown Roofing team for help. Our crew's first task was to remove all of these old shingles.
Shingle Removal
The crew used long tarps that were attached to the roof to slide shingles away from the home. This method also helps prevent a mess, and makes it easier to haul the shingles away.
Wood Decking
Now it's time for our team to examine the wood decking for damage and leaks. Any damaged wood will be removed and replaced with new plywood. This process helps ensure the safety of the entire roof.
Installing Underlayment
In order to keep water from damaging the wood decking, our crew installs underlayment. Decking tape, Ice and Water Shield, and Velora One Underlayment were used to protect this new roof.
A Brand New Look
IKO Dynasty shingles in the color Summit Gray were installed by our team. These new shingles flatter this home's color pallet very well, and have incredible properties that will keep this home well protected.
