These Old Shingles Needed to Go
The old shingles on this roof were worn and aged. These qualities prevent the shingles from preforming their best, and protecting this home.
These Tarps Make for an Easy Clean Up
While our crew is hard at work removing the old shingles from this roof, long tarps provide easy transport of the removed shingles, and prevent a mess.
This Damaged Plywood Must be Removed
After all of the shingles have been removed, the wood decking is exposed. During this time our team inspects the wood, and makes replacements where necessary. The plywood in the above photo is very damaged and old. In order to ensure the safety of this new roof, our crew will remove this plywood and replace it.
New Wood Decking
Here our crew is in the process of removing damaged wood decking, and installing new plywood. At the bottom of the room our team has already begun installing Ice and Water Shield.
The Layers of Protection
Layers of underlayment, including our Ice and Water Shield, have been installed on top of the new wood decking. This will keep water from damaging the wood. The final layer of protection for this roof is the shingles. The shingles are installed from bottom to top, with each layer overlapping. This allows water to glide off of the shingles, and away from the roof.

This wonderful new roof, protected by IKO Dynasty shingles, will keep this home safe and dry. Our crew's hard work has payed off well, in a result that our customer can enjoy for many years.
