Missing Shingles
Before the Brown Roofing team replaced this roof, its shingles were worn, aged and had lichen growth. Slime of the shingles were even missing. These are the reasons that inspired this customer to seek a roof replacement.
The Shingles are Removed
In this photo, our crew members can be seen hard at work removing the shingles form this roof. This process leaves the wood decking exposed, allowing our team to access any damages. New plywood is installed, creating the first layer of this new roof.
Protecting the New Wood Decking
All of the new plywood has been installed and sealed with decking tape. Now the crew lays down the underlayment. This will protect the brand new wood decking from the elements.
Brand New Shingles
Brand new IKO Dynasty shingles in the color Summit Gray were installed from bottom to top. During this part of the process, the customer is able to see their home's new look come together, with the shingle color that they chose.
A Gorgeous Result
This lovely home was instantly modernized by a roof replacement. New ridge vents have been installed, and skylights were sealed to prevent leaking. This complex job was expertly completed by the Brown Roofing team. Now this customer can have a roof that is dependable and beautiful.
