Water marks around the vents and a sagging roof
This customer reached out to us for a new roof due to the damages to not just their shingles but also the rafters beneath it.
The new rafters our team put in.
After we tore up the existing shingles and decking layer we discovered the cause of the sagging roof which happened to be because of the rotting rafters. Then our team cut and installed the new rafters which fixed the sagging and ensured the problem would not worsen in the future.
New decking layer down!
Here our team finished putting the new decking layer down and started putting the ice and water on top of it. The ice and water ensures that no weather of any kind affects the decking layer, and as in the name it works with the underlayment to stop any ice and water from leaking into the house through the plywood.
Flashing around the chimney.
We installed a lead flashing around this chimney to ensure no water seeps into the house or erodes away the chimney.
Our team finishing up this beautiful roof.
Here our guys are putting on the final touches by installing a ridge vent. This vent allows air to circulate in the attic which cools and prevents extreme temperatures.
