Old and warn down decking layer
This is what the roof looks like once we strip the old shingles off. After we remove the old shingles it's time to replace the plywood then lay down the underlayment along with ice and water.
Lead chimney flashing installation
Here we have one of our guys installing a lead chimney flashing, this helps keep the roof watertight and sealed by redirecting the water. It also helps with erosion against the chimney.
Bay roof being installed
We are installing a bay roof over this window so it matches the rest of the house. Although these are smaller accents they really add to the character of the house.
