Job review from Michael in Stamford, CT 06903 on 02/11/22

I posted this on Google: We got estimates from a number of companies and most trash-talked the others and told me everyone would do it wrong with inferior materials that wouldn't last. Brown didn't engage in these shenanigans: they told me exactly what they would do and how they did it right, with an outstanding warranty to back it up. We have existing copper gutters and when they discussed creating a drip-edge that wouldn't interfere with the metallic processes that might corrode or stain them over time, I knew I had the right people. The financing process was simple, the estimate and contract were extremely detailed and clear (far more than the other companies). We had to delay a week because of a storm, but Nikki managed the project with no complaints and the dumpster and materials arrived exactly when I was told they would, followed by the crew two days later. The complete removal of the old roof and full install, including two new skylights, took only two days, start-to-finish, with not a single nail or scrap of material left behind. If only all of my construction needs could be met with such professionalism, skill and care!! And the price was competitive and fair. Nello, Connor and everyone involved did an amazing job and I love my new roof! Note: This is not a solicited or paid review and I am a real, and happy, person and this was my experience.
