Austin was super to deal with. Except he originally took photos and quote our neighbors house...LOL. Seriously, it happens all the time. Austin listened to what I wanted which was over above just a normal gutter cleaning and he responded quickly. I appreciated all the Brown Roofing email contacts to keep me apprised. As well as the Crew Forman/Woman was very sharp - We had bad weather called me to ask me if they could delay the project - called day before, day of and kept things moving. I forgot her name but please give her a hero award. I've had terrible luck with tradesmen in this town.
