Sales rep Austin worked closely with our insurance adjuster to ensure that our claim got approved for a new roof. He came out to assess the damage immediately and was able to be flexible with his schedule to ensure that he was present for follow up with the adjuster. He was able to get us on the schedule quickly. Project manager Harold was friendly and made sure to communicate any changes that had to be made to the original plans. The crew who installed the roof was kind and worked at a quick pace. The roof looks amazing and I would highly recommend Brown Roofing to anyone needing a new roof!
