Challenge
In some cases, indetifying rotted wood can be a challenge. It's a tough call to remove the underlayment because if there are no rotten boards it's a waste of time and effort. Also, some companies do not care about finding rotted wood, they would rather cover it up instead because it is the easier solution!
Solution
At Brown Roofing we will pay are crews extra money for finding any damaged wood! We find that this a great way to ensure that the damage or rotted would is being found and replaced at every job!
