The House Before
Here's what Carol's house looked like before the renovation. Those cracked shingles have got to go! Click through to see the awesome transformation.

The Teardown Begins
The crew kicks things off by carefully stripping off the old siding. This reveals the plywood layer underneath, which is called the sheathing.

The Sheathing Is Examined
The crew closely examines the sheathing to determine if any parts show damage, rot, or decay of any kind, and need to be replaced.

Underlayment & Insulation Is Installed
Once the sheathing is confirmed to be in good condition, the crew applies a thin layer of underlayment, also known as house wrap, followed by a robust layer of insulation. This setup ensures solid thermal protection and provides an added barrier, safeguarding the sheathing from the elements.

The House After
Once the insulation is securely in place, the crew installs the stunning new ProVia Cedar Peaks vinyl siding in Carol's chosen color, the sleek and stylish Sea Slate. With that, the home makeover is complete, leaving Carol's house looking fresh and beautiful!
