Discoloration and damaged shingles
You can see the wear and tear around the skylight and vents all the way from the street. The discoloration further takes away from the houses appeal and looks.
More damaged shingles and water damage
Even around the back of the house there is discoloration in the shingles due to water and weathering.
The old and rotten sheathing layer
The house was originally built with a tongue and groove system which is an outdated style.
New sheathing layer going down!
We are updating this roof with a plywood sheathing layer. This new style has less gaps, is stronger, and will last longer than the original.
Our team hard at work!
Here you can see the three different layers we use to ensure the quality and protection of our roofs.
A shot of this nearly completed roof
The homeowner decided to go with our IKO Dynasty Granite Black Shingles which looks stunning and matches with the stone on the chimney.
Another completed job and another very happy customer.
