Stained Old Roof
It was time for a new roof for this customer in Shelton, Connecticut. This photo shows our team preparing to begin this job by protecting this home.
Removing the Shingles
The Brown Roofing crew uses long tarps attached to the roof to slide shingle debris away. This helps our crew dispose of the old shingles, and keep this homeowner's lawn neat and tidy.
New Wood Decking
After removing the shingles from this roof, our team inspects the wood decking for any damage. New plywood is installed in place of any removed wood.
Time to Protect the Roof
Ice and Water Shield and Velora One Underlayment are installed all over the new roof. This will keep water away from the wood decking, and prevent damages such as wood rot, leaks, and holes.
