Ice and Water Shield Will Protect This Roof
Now that new plywood has been installed, it needs to be protected from the elements. For this reason, the installment of underlayment is one of the most important steps of the roof replacement process. First the crew uses decking tape seal the edges of each sheet of plywood. Then, Ice and Water Shield is applied to the whole roof.
Installing the New Shingles
The final step of this job was installing the new shingles. The crew works from bottom to top, layering the shingles and providing optimal protection. This customer chose the color Castle Gray for their new IKO Dynasty Shingles.
